We Do Not Offer Inspection Flights

There we've said it. Some companies offer "Inspection Flights" or "Viewing Weekends" whereby they subsidise the cost of your trip to Spain to view properties. Immediately this places the company that you are viewing with, in a negative financial situation and therefore results in you being placed under pressure to buy.

Our Relaxed Approach

Here at Fuenplaza we do not offer "Inspection Flights", we adopt an altogether more relaxed approach to visiting us. And like our total philosophy and approach, we offer you, the customer, the choice.

We can assist you, as much or as little as you like with your trip to Spain.

Your Arrival in Spain

We can arrange your flights and accommodation and of course we will happily pick you up at the Airport and you will have the undivided attention of one of our highly experienced negotiators during your visit.

And, should you successfully find the Spanish home you have always wanted (and we are extremely confident that you will), we will refund a total of up to €500.00 against the cost of your trip. Paid either on contract or completion of your purchase (depending on the type of property you buy).
