Have the Reservation Fee Ready

If you find that dream home, don't lose it. It's always best to have the reservation fee available usually around 3000€.

It's best to pay by credit card - bank transfers can take days, and cheques drawn on foriegn banks can take weeks to clear. Credit cards are immediate and ensure you don't lose out to another buyer.

Fees and Taxes

Please don’t forget about those fees and taxes. It’s best to allow around 10% of the purchase price for all these extra costs.
